“You know, I just wanted everyone to know that you don’t have to be a genius to be successful in business.
You don’t need to be smart.
You can just do the right things.
And that’s what I’m doing,” said Manish Srivastava, the founder of software company “The Next Big Thing”, which builds mobile apps for the healthcare sector.
“We want to be able to make sure that we deliver quality software for the patients we serve, and for our clients,” he added.
“If we are able to get our software out there, people will come to our website, or their smartphone app, and they will ask for help.
And if we can do it, people can do that, too.”
He said he and his team had taken to writing software to help the medical community and patients.
The team is now working on an app that could help people who are being treated in hospital, or to track the treatment progress of their loved ones, or find out if they have a particular condition.
The app is in development.
“I am just trying to help as many people as I can, and make sure I am not wasting anybody’s time,” he said.
‘If you do it right, you will succeed’ ‘If I had been able to just have a lot of money and have a really big company, I wouldn’t have started out like this.
But if you don.t have a huge amount of money, you don?t have to worry about all that, and if you do what you should, you can succeed, too,” said Srivacev.
His company is in the process of launching a mobile application to track patients who have recently been discharged from hospital.
“So I think that is really important. “
The app will track how much money you make, how much time you spend, your financial condition, and so on,” he told Business Insider.
“So I think that is really important.
You have to do it the right way.”
Dr Preeti Khurana, a consultant and professor at the University of Pennsylvania, said the technology companies would be well advised to help their employees achieve the same level of success as Mr Srivadev did, and to invest in them.
“This is the new world of technology.
The old world was like this, where if you just had enough money and got a big company you would get into a great position, and be able do great things.
Now you can just build up and then go out and do the same thing,” she said.
“There are a lot more options now.
The challenge is, are you willing to take on a huge risk to do that?”
Dr Khurane said there were a number of factors to consider when it came to success.
For one, if you are a young person, you may have no idea what it takes to be in the top 10% of earners in the country, or the top 20% of those in India, or even the top one per cent.
For some, the pressure to succeed can be overwhelming.
“People will come and tell you, ‘I’m so excited to be part of this.
I want to work in this’,” said Dr Khuriana.
“They might say, ‘Oh, you need to learn more.
I’m going to learn how to code and stuff, and then I can go and do something really great.’
You know, there is a huge pressure to do well in the business.
And people can be really competitive, and very driven, and just not be able, not to make a profit, which is really scary, but they will be able,” she added.
Dr Khruana added that while people in India were not used to the idea of working in the software industry, the job would be challenging for them.
She said the fact that people from India had managed to become successful in software, and become multimillionaires in the industry, showed that there was more potential than people realised.
“A lot of the problems that India faces in terms [of] the economy, as we are seeing it right now, are really because of the IT industry, not because of India, but the fact is, we have a very small population in India.
And there is just not that many people who have gone into the IT sector,” she explained.
Dr Srivareva said the app would be a good example of how a company could do what he and Mr Sivadev wanted to do.
“What we want to do is to make software to track people’s health conditions, and the things that are causing them problems, and see what we can help them do to help them stay healthy, and get back to work,” he explained.
