Auto makers are selling action packages aimed at parents who are looking to make their children safer in the home and the workplace.
In a marketing video for the series, auto maker Ford said it was creating the action package “to help parents who want to protect their children from potentially deadly situations.”
The company also said parents can “take control of their children’s lives and make their lives safer” by learning to identify triggers, use the right tools, and use smart home technology.
The package includes a safety helmet, emergency escape device, emergency exit and self-defense gun.
It comes with a free iPhone app that helps parents with all their safety needs.
The app, which Ford says will help parents with safety questions, can be downloaded for free from Apple’s App Store.
Ford said the app will also be available for Android.
The company’s marketing video also includes a warning that some of the products are for children and some of them are for adults.
The products range in price from $60 to $100.
